Although the season isn’t quite over for all teams at Arsenal, things are on the move with a busy summer expected on both the men’s and women’s side.

Here is a roundup of what has happened so far.
David Luiz

Speaking at his pre-Crystal Palace press conference, Mikel Arteta confirmed that David Luiz would be leaving when his contract expires this summer.
“He is a player that has won everything in football and has earned every right to do so because of who he is as a player and as a person,” Arteta said.
“I had the privilege to work with him for 18 months, which I really enjoyed. We got on really well, we had some great moments together, he has been really helpful, someone that we really like and appreciate so much, so I just say thank you to him and wish him the best of luck in his next chapter because I am sure, knowing David, that he will have many more to come as a player, and in the future, somehow related to the game.”
Bernd Leno

Leno has been heavily linked with an exit this summer but the keeper was definitive when asked if he will be leaving – he will not.
Arteta added, “It’s another one with a contract here that because of the length of his contract, a lot of things will be speculating. He has two years here and he belongs here.”
Willian

Willian is another who has been heavily linked with an exit just a year after arriving. Unfortunately, in a recent interview it did not seem like he had any intention of going anywhere and Mikel Arteta’s comments about Willian’s future seemed to confirm that.
“First of all we signed a player with an incredible talent, a proven talent and performance level in this league, and this season has been difficult and I take full responsibility because I have to be the one getting the best out of him and we had moments but not to the level that he did before,” Arteta said. “This is an assessment that we will do individually with the players and with Edu, the board and the ownership to make the right decisions for the future.
“Every player that is under contract is very likely to be here with us next season.”
Ridvan Yilmaz

After being named in Turkey’s provisional squad for Euro 2020 this summer, Ridvan Yilmaz has told the media he wants to join Arsenal.
Joe Montemurro

The Arsenal women’s manager will leave the club at the end of May. Juventus are said to be confident of announcing him to replace Rita Guarino.
Danielle van de Donk

Van de Donk has reportedly turned down an extension with Arsenal and seems set to leave when he contract expires this summer. Lyon seems the most likely destination.
Leonie Maier

Leonie Maier has confirmed she will be leaving Arsenal this summer when her contract expires. She could rock up at PSG.
Mana Iwabuchi

Linked with a move to Arsenal, Joe Montemurro confirmed the club are close to her signing. He said: “She is a player we have been after for a couple of years and the negotiations are close and I hope that the club will get it over the line.”
