Hector Bellerin has invested in ‘healthy drinks provider’ MOJU as the company raises £2.5m.

Hector Bellerin is one of a number of investors who have put money into MOJU, a provider of healthy drinks. Other investors include food giant, Danone, who are making their first investment in a UK-based company, Dave Nolan and Kevin Glynn who founded Butternut Box, a company that delivers freshly-prepared dog food, former executive of Graze, Tom Carroll, and former executive of Hello Fresh, Roger Hassan.

Head of Europe for Danone Manifesto Ventures, Paul Chifflet, told the press that MOJU is responding to a “fast emerging’ consumer demand for natural drinks and is keen to back the company’s “next phase of growth”.

MOJU describe their drinks as “Unapologetically strong. Beneficially potent. It’s only nature’s most effective, functional ingredients that get poured into our bottles. Grown, sourced and cold-pressed for maximum impact,
