Arsenal-linked Dominik Szoboszlai isn’t rushing to a decision over his future despite having several offers on the table, according to his agent.

Mátyás Esterházy, agent to Dominik Szoboszlai, recently told the media there were a number of Premier League clubs chasing his client. He wouldn’t confirm any specific team at the time, though reports suggest Arsenal are in the race.

There hasn’t been any real progress since those quotes, with Szoboszlai’s camp not planning to rush to any decisions.

“There is no update, there are several offers,” Esterházy said (via Sempre Milan). “We have time, there is no need to rush. Seasons in some countries are not even finished.

“We are seeking the best solution for Dominik. A decision may be taken in the upcoming weeks.”

Previous reports in England suggest the player’s valuation is at around £25m. However, conflicting claims from Italy indicate a release clause of around €24m, which would obviously be a lot easier to activate than negotiating around a vague valuation.

Either way, it’s not a huge fee considering the player’s age (19) and current form.

Szoboszlai is up to 30 goal contributions for the season, with 12 goals and 18 assists. He can play in central midfield or out on the left, both of which would suit Arsenal pretty well at the moment. He has a contract until 2022 with RB Salzburg.
