In the last week, we exclusively reported that striker Khayon Edwards plans to take up his scholarship deal with Arsenal, before Taylor Foran confirmed he’d also received an offer from the club.

Now, Daily Cannon have learned that Billy Vigar has been offered a two-year scholarship by the club as well. Vigar has been top-scorer in his age group over the last couple of full seasons, having joined Arsenal from grassroots club Hove Rivervale.

Vigar has had to compete with the excellent form of fellow forward Edwards this season so far, so he has a fight on his hands to be top scorer again this time around.

Competition is always a good thing at youth level though, and clearly Arsenal have been sufficiently impressed to make him an offer.

Vigar was part of the Arsenal side that won the JSSL Professional Academy 7s in Singapore back in April, and he also featured in the recent Istria Youth Cup as the team finished in third place. Good luck to him for the rest of the season and with his scholarship at Arsenal!
