Ivan Gazidis and AC Milan are thinking about trying to get their grubby little hands on Lucas Torreira as the former Arsenal chief exec proves, once again, he cares not for Arsenal.

If Ivan Gazidis cared about Arsenal he wouldn’t be trying to poach their best players. But he showed when he left for AC Milan and a fatter paycheque that he only cares about himself.

Fair enough, but we don’t have to like it.

A report on Tuesday coming out of Italy claims that the Milan side want Lucas Torriera. Of course, that won’t happen. He’s only been at Arsenal one season and is under contract until 2023.

Still, it’s frustrating to even have to be dealing with a rumour like this at all.

Tuttomercatoweb write that Torriera has shown no indication of wanting to return to Italy but ‘it is a hypothesis that could become something more in the coming weeks.’

It won’t.
