Rennes, VfL Bochum, and Strasbourg are all interested in signing Jordi Osei-Tutu who is apparently available on loan.

Over the past week or so there have been varying reports about Jordi Osei-Tutu’s future with some claims made that he could leave on a permanent deal to Germany.

This latest story claims he is only available on loan with Strasbourg tracking him. They are concerned, however, by the interest being shown in the player by both Rennes and Bochum who play in the 2. Bundesliga.

The 20-year-old has yet to make his competitive debut for Arsenal but featured in the matchday squad when he was on the bench for the two games against Red Star in 17/18 and Vorskla in November. He has also been named on the bench in two Premier League squads, one FA Cup and one League Cup but Unai Emery only made one of those seven calls.

Osei-Tutu signed a new contract with Arsenal in 2017 although it was never clear how long that tied him to the club for. As he has neither been released nor re-signed at present, we can assume it was for at least three years.

Arsenal signed Osei-Tutu from Reading in 2015 for a fee of around £100,000 (and a significant sell-on clause also likely included in the deal).
