Silvana is the oldest of three Flores’ kids at Arsenal, with her sister Tatiana and her brother Marcelo also wearing the red and white.

15-year-old Marcelo featured heavily for Mexico as they finished runners-up to Argentina in the Montaigu Tournament in April.

Marcelo featured in all three group games, coming off the bench in the second half of each to play on the right-hand side. Flores’ performances clearly impressed the Mexico head coach, who then selected him for the starting lineup in the final against Argentina.

Marcelo signed for Arsenal from Ipswich Town recently, with reports that he’d done so last summer, but official confirmation and signing photos only emerged last month.

Tatiana was actually the first to join the club last summer when she signed as a 12-year-old. At that point, both Silvana and Marcelo had rejected moves to Arsenal before she signed.

A striker, Tatiana has been called up by the England u14 squad despite her dual Canadian-Mexican status.

They all qualify for the Three Lions through their grandparents.
