The Arsenal goalkeeper is a well-known drumming enthusiast and this week he revealed on Twitter he will be releasing a single with legendary Queen drummer Roger Taylor.

All money from the single will go to Bob Wilson’s charity, the Willow Foundation.

Entitled ‘That’s football’, it will be released next week by Virgin Records.

Cech is set to retire from football at the end of the season. On Sunday, Arsenal players will form a guard of honour for both him and Aaron Ramsey at the last home game of the season.

With Ramsey’s Arsenal career over due to injury, it is also unlikely that Cech will feature against Brighton.

Arsenal have precedent with guard of honours for retiring or departing players. The club gave the same treatment to Tomas Rosicky and Mikel Arteta when the pair left the club a few years ago, and Arsene Wenger was also clapped onto the pitch on his final day.

It will be no surprise to see Cech and Ramsey will have a similar send-off, especially the latter who scored 64 goals in total for the club that you can watch here.

The pair are just two of around 13 players who could leave Arsenal this summer.
