Arsenal will not be signing Ivan Perisic in this window after Inter Milan’s director Piero Ausilio revealed that the club have received ‘no suitable offers’ for the player.

Arsenal were said to be chasing both Denis Suarez and Ivan Persic but it is believed they have returned to Yannick Carrasco after difficulties in getting Inter to agree to a loan-plus-option rather than a loan-plus-obligatory-purchase.
“Perisic wants to go abroad, but there are no suitable offers,” Ausilio said.
“If he does remain, I expect the same professionalism from him as always. We intend to get him back on track and it shouldn’t be a problem. I don’t think it’ll take very long.
“I can say the Inter transfer market is closed. We had some fitness issues with Sime Vrsaljko and did well to immediately cover the gap with Cedric Soares [from Southampton].
“Inter have had a difficult path over the last few years, having changed ownership three times, but we now have a solid and ambitious owner who with time and patience can achieve great things.”
On Tuesday evening, reports started to emerge that Arsenal had completed a deal for Denis Suarez but that the Perisic move was dead.

Arsenal are now believed to be trying to land Carrasco from China but his wages could be an issue as could his fee.
Dalian Yifang have, however, reportedly signed a replacement for him and the player is said to want to play for Unai Emery so you never know what might happen between now and 11pm Thursday night.
