After reports AC Milan were hopeful Ivan Gazidis could convince Aaron Ramsey to switch London for Italy, some outlets are claiming he wants to bring Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang with him too.

Another day, another bulls**t story.

Aubameyang scored his fourth goal of the season against Everton on Sunday and as he continues to familiarise himself with his new surroundings, it seems as if Gazidis, who spent a decade talking about stability, wants to rock the boat as much as possible on his way out.

Of course, there is no way this deal will happen and I doubt Gazidis will do that much to annoy his former employers, but even just reports in the press that he will can cause problems.

The report claims Auba could leave in January or the summer which is just stupid. He clearly seems happy in London and is loving life alongside Alexandre Lacazette. There is no reason for him to move to a club that are unlikely to be able to match his Arsenal wages, let alone increase them.

As it stands, this is all 100% gossip. There has been no contact between Milan and Auba’s camp and, even if there is at some point in the near future, I expect them to respond the same way I did when I first read this – with a big, hearty snigger.
