Udinese have set their asking price for Czech Republic midfielder Jakub Jankto, according to reports.

Arsenal and Everton have been watching the 21-year-old and will have been impressed by his performances in Serie A this season.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via talkSPORT, Arsenal will need to pay £22m if they want to sign him in January.

Juventus and AC Milan have also been linked, but Jankto reportedly has a desire to go abroad. The Czech Republic international has become a key player for Udinese as of late.

His three goals and two assists in 14 appearances have helped them to 13th in Serie A after a rocky start to the season, where they’d won just one of their opening six games.

Arsenal have been linked with Jankto a few times since the summer, and it appears Udinese may be preparing for a sale in the January transfer window.

Jankto has played as a left midfielder for the Italian outfit, but can also operate in a central role.

Arsenal are continuing to cope with the absence of Santi Cazorla, while there have been doubts about the form of Granit Xhaka and the quality of Francis Coquelin and Mohamed Elneny.
