AC Milan are considering a move for Arsenal’s Jack Wilshere, after the Gunners offered the midfielder to the Italian club, according to reports.

Jack Wilshere is just one of the long list of players that has been linked with an exit from Arsenal this summer, joining Alexis Sanchez, Mesut Özil, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Carl Jenkinson, Calum Chambers, Kieran Gibbs, Mathieu Debuchy and more. The first four have just a year left on their Arsenal deals.

Now the Mirror are reporting that AC Milan have become the latest club to show an interest in Jack, after Arsenal apparently offered the player to them.

Milan have been very busy in the transfer market already, bringing in Bonucci from Juventus for £37.8m, André Silva from Porto for £34.2m, Andrea Conti, Hakan Calhanoglu, Ricardo Rodríguez, Mateo Musacchio and Lucas Biglia all for fees of over £15m, and that’s not even the full list.

The club seem determined to bring in whoever can help them move back to their previous level of fighting for titles domestically and in Europe.

So could Wilshere be one of these players?

Jack is still getting back to full match sharpness after an injury during his loan spell at Bournemouth. He played for the u23s against Derby on Monday, and plans to the same against against Manchester City on Monday.

If, after that, he feels he still doesn’t have a chance to get into the first team, that may convince him to consider a move away, but right now he seems to be focused on his recovery.
