Aaron Ramsey has thanked Arsenal’s fans in Australia while admitting he is glad to get some more minutes on the pitch during Arsenal’s 3-1 win over Western Sydney Warriors.
Ramsey scored a delightful lob during Arsenal’ second pre-season game to double the Gunner’s lead and help them on their way to another easy win that should have seen them hit six.

Taking to Twitter after the game, Ramsey said, “Sydney we’ve had a great time here. Thank you again for your fantastic support over the week. Great to get some minutes out there tonight.”

Ramsey will be hoping that a solid pre-season can help him put his injury problems behind him, allowing him to enjoy an uninterrupted campaign in 17/18.
He’s picked up 11 injuries since he was Shawcrossed, missing a total of 73 games since his return from the double fracture.
