Lemar is reportedly desperate to complete his dream move to Arsenal this summer.
Monaco are allegedly set to knock back the Gunners’ new offer of £45m in a bid to keep their best players after Chelsea signed Tiemoué Bakayoko.
Despite starting for Monaco against Stoke in their pre-season friendly, rattling the inside of the bar within minutes and winning a penalty, 21-year-old Lemar is apparently so eager to work under Arsene Wenger that he’s willing to kick up a fuss if the Ligue 1 club refuse what’s being reported as his ‘dream move’.

Arsenal have reportedly already had two bids rejected, one of £31m, one of £40m and although they’re now said to be offering £45m, they’re apparently willing to cough up £50m.
Speaking while away with the Arsenal squad for their pre-season tour in Sydney, Arsene Wenger admitted that the Gunners have been keeping an eye on Lemar, saying, “That’s all speculation at the moment, there is nothing really concrete about any signing. He’s a player that we have looked at, but the rest is only speculation.”
