It was originally thought that Lacazette might miss Arsenal’s pre-season tour in Australia since he only moved to north London last week. Then, it was claimed that he would fly out, but not until later in the tour.
Well, hold onto your cork hats boys and girls, Lacazette is reportedly actually set to jet off down under with the rest of the Arsenal squad today (Sunday).
The 26-year-old will get to meet up properly with all his new teammates sooner than he expected and give Aussie Gooners an unexpected (sort of) treat.
Arsenal face Sydney FC on 13 July and Western Sydney Wanders on 15 July. However, while the striker will be in attendance, it’s unknown whether he’ll actually feature in either game.
