Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik revealed he has insider information about Wojciech Szczesny’s potential move from Arsenal to the Stadium San Paolo this summer.

As reported by Calcio Mercato, Milik spoke to the Polish media while with national team and spoke out about the rumours linking Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny to Napoli ahead of the new season.

“Szczesny in Naples, I know something, but I do not want to say anything else, it would be nice to have him with us, another Polish player in the team after Zielinski and me,” he said.

Arsenal’s shot-stopper has spent the last two season on loan at AS Roma and is keen to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer if he won’t be promised first-team football with the Gunners.

Szczesny has been linked with the likes of Juventus, Napoli and AC Milan of the Serie A, but the rumours from Napoli have intensified in recent weeks.

The Italian giants are lining up a new first-choice ‘keeper as a result of Pepe Reina being reportedly axed ahead of the new season and Szczesny would jump at the chance of regularly featuring for a title-chasing outfit.
