The agent of Elseid Hysaj has confirmed interest of Premier League clubs in his player and Arsenal are mentioned as one of the possible destinations for the Albanian full-back.

Elseid Hysaj has been attracting lots of interest after his impressive season at Napoli, a club he joined in the summer of 2015 from Empoli for €5m.

He made a total of 45 appearances over all competitions, with two assists.

Hysaj is also a regular part of Albanian national team, making his senior debut in 2013 and gathering 29 caps at the time of writing.

Potential at Arsenal

At 23-years-of-age, he still can make a lot of progress and if given the chance to shine and further develop his abilities while working on his influence in attack, he could be a great addition to the squad.

If he does come to Arsenal, he would probably get the role of a squad-rotation player, especially if Hector Bellerin remains at the club as on the left flank there are already plenty of options with Monreal, Gibbs and of course, newbie Kolasinac.

The player has a contract with Napoli until 2021 and Arsenal would probably have to offer around €30m in order to start negotiations.

Also, the player would require a significant amount of playing time, and it would be hard for Arsene Wenger to promise anything close to that.
