Despite Arsenal reportedly set to throw their entire wage structure out the window for Alexis Sanchez, their mega-offer is still £30k below what the forward allegedly wants.

Sanchez supposedly wants a whopping £300k-per-week.
While the Chilean, who has just one year left on his current deal, is one of the Gunners’ key players and you can understand that they really want to keep him, their highest paid player, Mesut Ozil, currently ‘only’ earns £140kpw, while Sanchez is said to earn a measly £130k.
According to the Daily Mail, Arsenal are prepared to offer the forward £270kpw – over double what he earns now. More than they’ve ever paid any player, and a sum that would make him one of the highest earning players in the entire league.
This figure is still £30k below the £300kpw he allegedly wants but it’s reportedly scared off Bayern Munich, so that’s something.
