Alexis Sanchez is reportedly demanding around £427kpw in wages.
- Alexis prefers Bayern Munich move
- Wants Champions League
- Demanding eye-watering wages
- Also linked with Chelsea, Manchester City, PSG and Inter Milan
Alexis has been heavily linked with a move away from north London this summer with Paris Saint-Germain, Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Manchester City all in the frame.
The Chilean only has one year left on his Arsenal deal and doesn’t seem willing to sign an extension considering that the Gunners probably won’t be in the Champions League next season.
The forward is said to favour a move to Bayern since they can offer him financial and sporting guarantees. Plus, his Chile teammate, Arturo Vidal, with whom he shares an agent, also plays for the Bundesliga giants.
According to reports, Alexis is demanding €26.2m a year in wages, which is equal to £22.22m, or around £427k per week.
If he was to be given this, he wouldn’t just be the highest paid player at Bayern, he’d be one of the richest players in the world, which doesn’t seem likely.
This comes after claims that PSG are willing to offer him £15.1 a year – around £290kpw – which is a lot but not unheard of.
