Mauro Icardi and his agent are reportedly due in London for talks with Arsenal and Chelsea for about the 50th time this summer.

Are the media literally just rehashing the same stories now?

Icardi and his agent, wife Wanda Nara, are apparently meant to be in London for talks with both Arsenal and Chelsea over a potential move, according to the Italian media. This report comes just days after Napoli were reported to have offered €70m for the Inter man.

Icardi has made it clear that he’s happy at Inter and it appears that the Serie A club want to keep hold of him. His wife has implied that Inter can’t afford to keep him and seems to be the main person, as most agents do, fanning the flames.

Is he moving? Certainly not to Arsenal and I’d be surprised if he leaves Inter at all. The chances are he just wants a better contract. Wander Nara might very well be traveling to London but there’s nothing to suggest that it’s for anything to do with her husband.
