Lucas Perez has reportedly passed his Arsenal medical and according to a couple of sources, is set to be announced along with Shkodran Mustafi very soon.

According to Spanish football expert, Guillem Balague, Perez and Mustafi are set to be announced by 3pm. We don’t know whether he means 3pm today (Friday), 3pm tomorrow or whether he even means 3pm UK time.

Considering Arsene Wenger confirmed that we are trying to get the deals done but admitted that it wouldn’t be today, I highly doubt we will have our new signings unveiled by 3pm this afternoon.

Football writer, Carlos Rosende, seems to think that the announcement will happen tomorrow and claims that Perez has now passed his Arsenal medical.

Whether either of these reports are true or not obviously remains to be seen. At least something does appear to be happening though.
