Arsene Wenger has confirmed that he’s ‘99%’ sure that Shkrodran Mustafi and Lucas Perez will signing for Arsenal in the new few days.
The boss spoke about the two players linked with the Gunners recently in his pre-Watford press conference and seemed uncharacteristically open about the two targets heading to north London.
He acknowledged how difficult the transfer window has been this time around but he’s convinced that we can get the deals done. Although, he claimed that he’s going to be very busy for the next couple of days.
Wenger on Perez & Mustafi: "We are working on the deals. Will we sign anyone before the window closes? I'm 99 per cent confident."

Wenger: "It will be frantic for me in the next few days. Everybody is sat on their pounds but they will splurge. Be alert."

Apparently, he’s not the only one. Dick Law is reportedly in his office, presumably trying to get the deals done, although for all we know he could just be sitting on Twitter. You never know these days.
Arsenal'a chief negotiator Dick Law in his office at the training ground today. Expected to be a busy few hours here.

The confirmation that we’re at least in what appears to be the final stages of two deals should lift Gooners going into our third clash of the season against Watford. Let’s hope we don’t mess these ones up, eh!
