Kelechi Nwakali has confirmed that he is now an Arsenal player by posting on his Twitter account (and Facebook).

The transfer saga has been rolling since January but the player tweeted today (Monday) to say:

New Life Begins @Arsenal. https://t.co/uFr635GyUC

He has changed his Twitter bio to reflect his new status as an Arsenal player:

He also posted on Facebook (linked above), but that has been deleted. We checked his Facebook for any others and found this:

Nwakali has already said he would like the number 25 shirt because of his hero, Kanu.

Arsenal have still not confirmed the transfer but that confirmation is expected ‘soon.’
