Arsenal youngsters Chuba Akpom and Isaac Hayden have discussed their loan moves to Hull City.

Like many youngsters – Arsenal have another 10 players out on loan this season – the two Englishmen wanted regular professional football and headed to Humberside for the entire campaign in order to gain some experience.

It hasn’t quite gone to plan for Hayden, who has returned to the Gunners, but Akpom is still with the Championship side despite a little controversy.

Nonetheless, it’s interesting to see the motivation for players who are out on loan and listen to them talk about what is a vital stage in their development.
