Bukayo Saka kicked off the international break in a positive fashion with an assist in a 4-0 win for the England u19s on Wednesday, and Arsenal’s youngsters kept on the right track in the second day of international youth fixtures.

First, Sam Greenwood scored in a 5-2 win for the England u18s over Russia. He netted just before half-time to double England’s lead at 2-0, before a high-scoring second 45 minutes saw them complete the victory despite being pegged back to 3-2 at one stage.

Emile Smith Rowe was the next youngster in action for the England u20s. He assisted a first-half goal for Manchester City’s Ian Poveda to make it 3-0, before adding a fourth with a goal of his own in the second half. The final score was 4-0.

It’s certainly not bad going to have an Arsenal player scoring or assisting in every England youth international fixture they’ve been involved in so far.
