Danny Welbeck is fit and should be involved in the Europa League final before he departs the club.

Although the forward was reportedly offered to Newcastle United, who reportedly declined the chance to sign him, they are reportedly still interested.

Reportedly.

But Everton are seen as the favourites because of their proximity to the top six, although Wolves might have something to say about that given they finished above the Toffees this season. They are also said to be interested in Danny.

Under Unai Emery, Welbeck has played just 14 times and while there is no doubt he would have seen more game time if his ankle hadn’t snapped like it was made of Jack Wilshere DNA, his return of 32 goals and 15 assists from 126 games since his £16m transfer from Manchester United in 2014 has hardly spoken of restrained striker just waiting for a run of fitness.
