Sead Kolasinac has arrived in north London, people.

Although it took him a few pre-season games to get into the swing of things in a new team, Kolasinac ran the show against Benfica in the Emirates Cup.

His debut appearance at his new home ground couldn’t have gone much better considering not only did the 24-year-old boss Benfica off the pitch, he also assisted Theo Walcott’s first goal and was involved in a couple of the others.

A refreshing skill that Kolasinac possesses is the ability to be an absolute beast who can out-muscle and knock people off the ball with ease, but he’s also good with the ball and can pick a pass out beautifully – as he proved for Walcott’s volley in the first half.

From Arsenal fans’ perspective, it makes a nice change to have a player on the pitch who doesn’t look as if he’s going to get knocked over by a sudden gust of wind.

While having world class players who dance around the pitch like gazelles is great and all, don’t get me know, it’s nice to have a balance of physicality, which is something the Gunners have lacked for a long time.

With the introduction of Granit Xhaka last season, it appears that Arsene Wenger is attempting to bolster the ranks with no-nonsense, yet young and promising players who also fit into Arsenal’s style.

At the moment, everyone at Cannon Towers is a huge fan of our Bosnian Hulk and is seems that you lot on Twitter feel very much the same.
