Omar Abdulrahman, who currently plays for Al-Ain FC, has revealed that Arsenal is his favourite club and that he’s praying for a move to Europe.

The 25-year-old assisted a whopping 14 goals in 22 appearances in the UAE Gulf League last season and scored two. He also assisted six in 14 in the AFC Champions League.

This season, he’s already managed to rack up five assists in nine league appearances and has scored two, which is fantastic.

Although we obviously have the world’s best assist-machine in Mesut Ozil and the Gulf League is very, very different to the Premiership, if he wants a move to Arsenal, it’d be interesting to see how that went.

You never know, with the January transfer window opening soon, Abdulrahman’s contract with Al-Ain running out in 18 months and the midfielder eager for a move, I wouldn’t rule it out, although it seems unlikely.
