There’s cause for concern in the Arsenal camp after we went yet another game without scoring on Tuesday.

This is the third Premier League match in a row we haven’t scored in – our driest run since 2009.

Tuesday night against Southampton was one of the most frustrating we’ve experienced in a while. We fired shot after shot at their goal but a combination of superb goalkeeping from Fraser Forster and poor attempts on our part resulted in a 0-0 draw.

We’ve now failed to score against Southampton, Chelsea and Stoke and only managed to claim two points from a possible nine in these games.

We’ve dropped to fourth in the league after looking like genuine title contenders until December and it’s hugely worrying that this is our best chance in years to win that Premiership trophy but we seem to have thrown it away.

As dramatic as it sounds, we’re no longer in the strong position we were in before Christmas and I’m gutted.
