It’s no secret that Arsene Wenger has had his fair share of opportunities to leave Arsenal but the boss says he’s happy right where he is.

It’s unusual for a Real Madrid manager to leave the La Liga giants and the job opening not be linked with Wenger. Almost every season, there are rumours circulating about the Arsenal manager leaving for pastures new, or more specifically, Spain.

However, this season there aren’t any such rumours, despite Carlo Ancelotti supposedly being out of the job, and Wenger, who has made it clear for many, many years that he’s staying put, has commented on this, saying, “No, but I am very happy to be linked with the Arsenal job.”

Of course, despite his humour, the subject is probably rather boring to the manager now.

Wenger has pledged his loyalty to Arsenal Football Club over and over again, after being linked with multiple managing opportunities, which would probably pay more handsomely and give him an easier ride.

He’s never wavered on this.
