Ben White is returning to the England squad this month, as one of a few Arsenal players to receive a call-up from Thomas Tuchel.

On Friday morning, England confirmed Thomas Tuchel’s squad for the upcoming November international break, with the notable inclusion of Ben White.
White has only been involved in one England squad since 2022, joining the team over the March break earlier this year. He then dropped out of the squad over the summer and in September-October due to injury issues.
Now back fit and playing again, the right-back has clearly done enough to convince Tuchel to recall him this month.

The other four Arsenal players involved are Ezri Konsa, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Declan Rice, and Eberechi Eze, which means Noni Madueke misses out.
Madueke has been a regular for Arsenal in Bukayo Saka’s injury absence, and he’s put in some strong performances, with a couple of goals against Nottingham Forest and in the midweek clash with Slavia Praha. But Tuchel has opted to leave him out this time.
Saka is obviously also absent from Tuchel’s squad, with no real expectation that he’ll be back in action before December.

Despite both Arsenal wingers missing out this time, the Gunners obviously still have a significant contingent of players in the November squad. None of the other clubs come close to Arsenal’s five call-ups, with Everton the closest with just three.
Tuchel clearly rates Arsenal’s squad highly at the moment, though that does mean relatively few opportunities for rests.
