The Arsenal squad have travelled to Spain to step up their pre-season training in Girona, but which players have made the trip?

Arsenal travelled to Spain on Sunday ahead of a training camp in Girona this week, with a few new players linking up with the squad after their holidays.
In addition to all the returning first-team players who were already in training last week (including new signings Illan Meslier and Christos Tzolis), World Cup trio Piero Hincapie, Viktor Gyokeres, and Kai Havertz were all on the flight to Spain on Sunday.
Mikel Arteta has also called up at least 11 youth players, though with no official squad list provided, there may be even more on the plane. Based on photos and unofficial confirmations of the players travelling, we’ve put together the squad list below.
Arsenal squad list in Girona

Goalkeepers
Kepa Arrizabalaga, Illan Meslier, Tommy Setford
Defenders
Cristhian Mosquera, Riccardo Calafiori, Ben White, Jurrien Timber, Piero Hincapie
Midfielders
Myles Lewis-Skelly, Ethan Nwaneri, Fabio Vieira, Christian Norgaard, Max Dowman
Forwards
Reiss Nelson, Gabriel Jesus, Christos Tzolis, Viktor Gyokeres, Kai Havertz
Youth players
- Goalkeepers: Khari Ranson
- Defenders: Josh Ogunnaike, Marli Salmon, Brayden Clarke
- Midfielders: Louie Copley, Ife Ibrahim, Demiane Agustien, Theo Julienne
- Forwards: Ceadach O’Neill, Ismael Kabia, Andre Harriman-Annous

It’s worth noting that whilst Copley and Julienne are primarily midfielders and Kabia is primarily a winger, they are all capable of playing at right-back. Salmon has also played there for Arsenal, despite being a more natural left-centre-back.
Given Arsenal’s right-back injury issues, some or all of the above may end up in that role. Though White and Timber have travelled, their absences in Arsenal’s behind-closed-doors friendly against MK Dons means they may still not be ready to play matches again.
On that note, it’s also good to have Hincapie back, helping to share some of the defensive strain.
