Noni Madueke has fired shots at Arsenal’s rivals on social media and in public, following the Gunners’ Premier League success in 2025/26.

Speaking during Arsenal’s Premier League trophy parade, Noni Madueke didn’t hold back when talking about the Gunners’ title rivals this season.
“Seeing you guys here, we’re going to run it back [next season]. Trust me, we’re going to run it back,” Madueke began. “While our rivals, I don’t even know what our rivals are doing, they’re not even our rivals.
“Our rivals just participated, that’s it. This year, they just participated. But there can only be one winner!”

Madueke was similarly bullish in his subsequent post on social media, writing on Instagram: “Champions! Whilst others are tweeting and posting 😂”
Arsenal teammate Declan Rice clearly enjoyed all the comments, backing Madueke up during the parade and commenting “jealousy everywhere” on Madueke’s Instagram post.
The Arsenal players have been showing an increased self-belief since winning the Premier League title, despite losing the Champions League final in a penalty shootout.
The team can now say with certainty that they’re the best in the country, which is seemingly why fans of rival English clubs were foaming at the mouths to see the Gunners fail in Europe.
But if the team can take this kind of confidence back into next season, they’ll have a great chance at fighting for all the major trophies once again in 2026/27.
