Arsenal are making preparations for a bid to sign Bradley Barcola from Paris Saint-Germain, according to a report.

Miguel Delaney reports for the Independent that Arsenal are looking into the necessary details before making a bid for Bradley Barcola of Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool are also tracking the player, and PSG ideally want to keep Barcola in Paris, but the Gunners reportedly believe that signing the winger is an achievable deal that would upgrade their starting lineup.
Plenty of recent media reports have suggested that Arsenal could go for either Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers or Barcola, but Delaney suggests there’s still a possibility the Gunners could try to sign both.

Alex Crook reported for talkSPORT last week that both Liverpool and Arsenal were tracking Barcola, and that a reliable source had informed him that Barcola had asked to leave PSG this summer.
PSG have been in contract talks with Barcola, but Crooks believes those negotiations have stalled, potentially opening the door to the interested Premier League clubs.
Crooks claimed Rogers of Aston Villa remained Arsenal’s top choice, but he wouldn’t rule out a move for Barcola instead.
Reliable PSG-focused journalist Abdellah Boulma confirmed that Barcola is indeed receptive to the idea of leaving the French club for a new challenge.

Following his 21 goals and 20 assists for PSG in 2024/25, Barcola had a much quieter campaign in 2025/26, scoring 13 and assisting six.
That’s partly because he played over 1,000 minutes less football this season, with a couple of very brief injury absences and a growing sense that Luis Enrique prefers other players in the big games.
The situation could open up the possibility for Arsenal to pounce and sign the 23-year-old, in the hope that he can recapture his previous form.
