Arsenal’s Ismeal Kabia signed off in style in his final game at home for loan club Shrewsbury Town, scoring a screamer to equalise in injury time.

Arsenal youngster Ismeal Kabia has largely had a positive season on loan with League Two club Shrewsbury Town, playing regularly to rack up 43 appearances ahead of their final game later this week.
Generally playing at right-wing-back or as a right-back, Kabia hasn’t been involved in the goals quite as much as at Arsenal, where he usually played a more attacking role.
But the few goals the 20-year-old has scored this season have been impressive, and none more so than Saturday’s.

Playing his final game in front of the home support in Shrewsbury on Saturday, Kabia found his team 2-1 down in the 96th minute, on the verge of ending his association with the New Meadow stadium on a sour note.
But as Fleetwood Town attempted to counter after a corner, Kabia pounced on the loose ball and fired a shot from more than 30 yards out into the top corner. The full highlights are available here.
It was a fantastic way to sign off in front of the Shrewsbury support, with the team having escaped a relegation battle earlier in the season to secure safety in League Two.

Kabia will now get one final chance to play for Shrewsbury in front of their away fans when they face Gillingham on Saturday, May 2nd at 15:00 BST. After that, he’s due to return to Arsenal this summer.
