Forwards, defenders and midfield prospects have all been mentioned as Arsenal prepare for another important transfer window.
Arsenal appear set for a busy summer if recent transfer links are any guide, with a wide range of attackers, defenders and midfielders reportedly under consideration.
Since the start of February the club have been linked with a mix of established first-team players and younger prospects across the pitch.
At the top end of the market are Julián Álvarez of Atletico Madrid, valued at around €100m and under contract until 2030, and Ousmane Dembélé of Paris Saint Germain, another attacker reportedly rated around €100m who can operate across the frontline.
Other forwards mentioned include Pio Esposito of Inter, Rayan Fofana of Lens, Igor Tyjon of Blackburn and James Wilson of Spurs, reflecting a search for both immediate quality and longer-term depth at centre forward.
Defensively, Arsenal have also been linked with several centre-backs and full-backs. Sam Amissah of Fulham and Nnamdi Collins of Eintracht Frankfurt have been suggested as centre-back options, while Castello Lukeba of RB Leipzig is viewed as a more established and higher-value option.
At full-back there have been links to Nathaniel Brown of Eintracht Frankfurt, Daniel Svensson of Borussia Dortmund and Iván Fresneda of Sporting, while Konstantinos Tzolakis of Olympiakos has also been mentioned as a possible goalkeeping option.
Midfield links range from experienced players to younger prospects.
Sandro Tonali of Newcastle United has been cited as a potential defensive midfield target, while Kennet “Squirrel” Eichhorn of Hertha, Chema Andrés of Stuttgart and Mateus Mané of Wolves have also been mentioned.
Taken together, the list points towards a recruitment approach that blends high-value signings with younger players in the 18-to-22 age range who could be developed within the existing squad.
