Legal uncertainty surrounds the highly-rated wide player even as Europe’s top clubs, including Arsenal, continue to monitor developments.

RB Leipzig have reportedly placed an £80 million valuation on Yan Diomande, with the highly-rated winger attracting interest from Arsenal and several European rivals while a legal dispute clouds his future.
The 19-year-old has emerged as one of the Bundesliga’s most exciting attacking prospects and is being monitored closely across the continent.
According to talkSPORT, Leipzig’s asking price could drop if Ole Werner’s side fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
Arsenal are among the clubs assessing the situation, alongside Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, but any potential move is currently complicated by an ongoing disagreement over the player’s representation.

The Ivory Coast international is at the centre of an image management dispute involving Maxidel Management, the agency of former national team captain Max Gradel, and Roc Nation. Maxidel claim to hold a valid agreement signed by the player, separate from his standard representation contract, which they say remains in force until the end of his Leipzig deal in 2030.
According to Gradel, that agreement requires any negotiations regarding a transfer to pass through Maxidel. However, Diomande recently announced that he had signed a similar contract with Roc Nation covering the same services.
Gradel has indicated he will refer the matter to FIFA, and until a ruling is reached the winger’s situation remains unresolved. With elite clubs circling and Leipzig’s asking price now clear, the legal uncertainty is currently the main barrier to any move progressing.
