Bukayo Saka has agreed a new five year contract with Arsenal, according to David Ornstein, securing the England international’s future in north London until the summer of 2031.

The agreement represents a significant statement from Arsenal and a major boost for Mikel Arteta, with the club tying down one of European football’s most valuable attacking players at the peak of his career.
Saka, now 24, is now valued at around €130 million and has long been viewed internally as central to Arsenal’s long term project.
Since making his senior debut, Saka has established himself as one of the most productive wide players in the Premier League, if not Europe. He has recorded 77 goals and 77 assists in all competitions for Arsenal, a level of output that places him among the most effective attackers produced by the club in the modern era.
This season alone, he has contributed seven goals and six assists.

At international level, Saka has been equally consistent, scoring 14 goals in 48 caps for England and remaining a key figure in his national team’s plans. There is a reason he is one of the first names on the team sheet for club and country.
The timing of the deal is particularly significant given Arsenal’s ongoing push at the top of the Premier League and their broader ambition to compete for the biggest honours in Europe. Securing Saka on a long term contract removes any immediate uncertainty around the club’s most high profile academy graduate and reinforces Arsenal’s strategy of building around players developed in-house.
