Arsenal are among the clubs regularly scouting RB Leipzig talent Yan Diomande, but the Bundesliga side are demanding a huge fee.

Sky Sport Germany reporters Florian Plettenberg and Philipp Hinze claim a number of Premier League clubs have been scouting RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande on a regular basis.
That list includes Arsenal, but also Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, and Aston Villa.
With such strong interest in the player, perhaps it’s no surprise that they’re reportedly demanding €100m (£86.8m) for his transfer.

Diomande certainly seems like a big talent, scoring seven goals and assisting six this season at just 19 years old.
The teenager had initially broken into senior football playing for La Liga side Leganes, and he netted a couple of goals and an assist in his first 10 appearances for the side before RB Leipzig took an interest and snapped him up last summer.
The fact this is Diomande’s first campaign with a new club makes it all the more impressive how he’s performing so far.

Having said all that, we’ve seen before how Leizpig’s high asking prices can put Arsenal off. The Gunners were seemingly open to negotiate for Benjamin Sesko in the summer, only to change their minds when they found out just how much money would be required for the transfer.
To make matters worse, Manchester United ultimately did cough up the money RB Leipzig were after, so the German club’s stance was validated.
If things play out similarly with Diomande, Arsenal could end up watching another Leipzig player joining their rivals.
