Andre Harriman-Annous took part in an indoor training session with Arsenal on Tuesday, as he works to recover from injury.

Injuries haven’t just been a first-team problem for Arsenal this season, with youth players also suffering setbacks in recent weeks.
Not long after making his League Cup and Champions League debuts for Arsenal, Andre Harriman-Annous had to withdraw from an u19 game against Bayern Munich on Wednesday, November 26th due to an injury setback.
The length of Harriman-Annous’ absence was initially unclear, with the player simply posting on Instagram that he’d be back “soon”. But the good news is that he’s already been spotted back in training.

In photos of Arsenal’s training session at London Colney on Tuesday, December 9th, Harriman-Annous could be seen alongside Tommy Setford at an indoor training session.
The player didn’t appear to participate in the outdoor segment of the session, but it’s a positive sign that he’s at least involved in some form of work at the training ground so soon after his setback.

Harriman-Annous remained unavailable for the Arsenal u19 UEFA Youth League match against Club Brugge on Wednesday, but when it comes to the u21s, there’s no real rush.
The Arsenal u21s don’t have another match until January 9th, giving Harriman-Annous another month to get back to full fitness.
It would have been a boost to have Harriman-Annous available in recent weeks, given the slow reintegration of Arsenal’s other injured strikers Viktor Gyokeres, Gabriel Jesus, and Kai Havertz. Unfortunately, he ended up sidelined, leaving Mikel Merino to do the job alone.
