As part of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 club benefits programme, Arsenal have received a total of €408,435 from UEFA for players released to take part in the tournament.

Clubs from 16 leagues received payments, calculated according to the number of days each player was released for the finals. This covered 10 preparation days, the total number of days a player participated in the tournament, and one additional travel day.
The daily rate was €1,095 per player, guaranteeing a minimum payment of €21,900 for each player whose national team was eliminated at the group stage.
Chelsea, FC Bayern, Juventus and Barcelona were the only clubs to receive higher total payments from UEFA.
In total, €9m was distributed to more than 100 clubs across 16 leagues.
The payments form part of UEFA’s continued investment in the women’s game under its 2024 to 2030 strategy. The revised format of the UEFA Women’s Champions League has also led to increased prize money.
Last season, Arsenal received more than €1m for winning the 2024/25 competition. To compare, PSG received over €140m for winning the men’s tournament.
Arsenal were represented at Women’s Euro 2025 by the following players: Michelle Agyemang, Chloe Kelly, Beth Mead, Alessia Russo, Leah Williamson, Lotte Wubben-Moy, Victoria Pelova, Daphne van Domselaar, Frida Maanum, Maiona Caldentey, Stina Blackstenius, Lina Hurtig, Amanda Ilestedt and Lia Wälti.
