Bukayo Saka has agreed a new contract running until 2030, according to reports in France, in what would be one of Arsenal’s most significant renewals of the Arteta era.

In an exclusive, RMC Sport report that negotiations between Arsenal and the 24-year-old are in the final stages, with both sides confident of completing the extension in the coming weeks.
Saka’s current deal expires in 2027, but the club have been pushing to secure long-term commitments from key players following the renewal of William Saliba and others.
The outlet states: ‘Negotiations for the extension of the England international’s contract are still ongoing but are now in the final stages. Both parties are confident of finalising an agreement with an extension of his contract until 2030.’

Arsenal are said to want the agreement signed before the end of the year. RMC add that the “principle of this extension has been agreed upon by all parties involved” and that Saka made clear his preference was to remain at the club despite interest from elsewhere in Europe.
Saka’s influence since emerging from Hale End has made him central to Mikel Arteta’s plans. Now 24, he has already played 277 senior games, producing 76 goals and 71 assists.
He has six goals this season and remains one of Europe’s most reliable wide forwards, as well as a regular for England with 48 caps and 14 goals.
