Arsenal face another packed festive calendar, with four matches squeezed into the final two weeks of the year, including a Carabao Cup quarter-final against Crystal Palace just two days before Christmas.
The cup tie has been scheduled for Tuesday, 23 December at the Emirates Stadium, kicking off at 8pm, and will be shown live on both Sky Sports and ITV. It adds to a demanding run of fixtures that sees Mikel Arteta’s side play twice in the final week of December and start 2026 with another televised away trip. It also comes just 48 hours after Arsenal play Everton.
For the third consecutive year, Arsenal will not play on Boxing Day. Instead, their first post-Christmas fixture will see them host Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday, 27 December at 3pm. The game will not be shown live on television in the UK.
The Gunners will then close out 2025 with another home fixture, this time against Aston Villa, on Tuesday, 30 December. Kick-off is at 8.15pm, with live coverage on Sky Sports.
The new year begins with a visit to the Vitality Stadium, where Arsenal take on Bournemouth on Saturday, 3 January. The game has been moved to a 5.30pm slot for live broadcast on Sky.
Finally, Liverpool will visit the Emirates on Thursday, 8 January for an 8pm kick-off, also live on Sky Sports, rounding off a demanding festive schedule that could have major implications in the title race.
Arsenal’s congested Christmas programme leaves little room for recovery between fixtures, but Arteta’s side have shown in previous seasons that they can handle the demands of the winter schedule while maintaining momentum in the Premier League and domestic cups.
