Arsenal are open to offers for Gabriel Jesus in the January transfer window, according to a report, by which point he should be fit again.

Isaan Khan reports for the Daily Mail that Arsenal are understood to be open to offers for Gabriel Jesus in the upcoming January transfer window, with the player’s contract entering its final year and a half at that stage.
Jesus is currently sidelined with an ACL injury, but Khan reports that the striker is edging towards full fitness for the New Year.
Arsenal are currently quite reliant on Viktor Gyokeres right now, but by the time Jesus returns, Kai Havertz should also be fit. So there’s certainly an argument that the Brazilian starts to look like less of a key figure in Mikel Arteta’s squad.

On the other hand, it would be a little strange for Arsenal to sell Jesus as soon as he returns to fitness.
With the general concerns around players who have had long-term injuries and their ability to return to their best, the Gunners would likely have a difficult time extracting full value from the 28-year-old’s sale.
Perhaps if Jesus makes his comeback and has a couple of strong early performances, then that would be the time to cash in. But if Arsenal try to sell him immediately after he’s fit, they’ll probably be forced to do so at a reduced rate.

Jesus was in excellent form before his injury, scoring six goals in six games leading up to his FA Cup start against Manchester United.
If he can play anything like that on his return, Arsenal might even reconsider selling him. But it seems the more likely outcome right now is that he’s on the market this winter.
