Arsenal hold an interest in Chelsea’s Noni Madueke as a possible signing on the wings, with the Blues potentially open to selling this summer.

Simon Johnson reports for The Athletic that Arsenal are one of the clubs to hold an interest in Chelsea’s Noni Madueke, and his current club don’t consider him untouchable this summer.
James McNicholas confirms for the same outlet that Arsenal are exploring the addition of a versatile attacking player, with Madueke, Eberechi Eze, and Morgan Rogers seemingly among the alternatives.
McNicholas adds that Arsenal are being kept up to date on a number of players to give them flexibility in the market.

Florian Plettenberg subsequently reported that Arsenal had submitted an offer to the player, with talks underway and a possibility Madueke could leave Chelsea.
Though Fabrizio Romano quickly followed up that claim by reporting that though Madueke remains on Arsenal’s shortlist, the Gunners haven’t made any bids or proposals for him so far.
Elsewhere, Chelsea fan podcaster Simon Phillips reports that Arsenal are serious about Madueke and expected to make an offer soon – likely after the Club World Cup. But again, there’s no suggestion one has already gone in.

23-year-old Madueke has scored 11 goals and assisted five in 2024/25 so far, with his season still ongoing due to Chelsea’s run in the Club World Cup.
Largely a right-winger, Madueke has also operated on the left on a number of occasions this season, including both of his Club World Cup starts last month and four of his final five Premier League games of the last campaign.
That versatility could appeal to Arsenal, providing cover on both flanks. But it’s unclear at this stage whether the Gunners plan to push ahead with a move, or whether they’re just continuing to keep options open.
Arsenal and Chelsea have already done some business so far this summer, with Kepa Arrizabalaga set to arrive in a £5m deal imminently.
