Arsenal have agreed a fee with Chelsea for the transfer of Noni Madueke, with only a medical and the finer details still pending before the move can be confirmed.

Fabrizio Romano broke the news on Thursday night that Arsenal had agreed a fee with Chelsea for the transfer of Noni Madueke, with the total package coming to more than £50m after including add-ons.
Romano added that the total fee is £52m, and Arsenal and Chelsea will exchange all the documents for Madueke’s transfer on Friday.
The player will reportedly then travel soon for medical tests and the contract signing.

David Ornstein confirmed for The Athletic that Arsenal and Chelsea were nearing a £52m compromise for the winger, though Madueke remains in the USA ahead of Chelsea’s Club World Cup final match on Sunday night.
Both Romano and Ornstein report that Madueke has already agreed personal terms on a five-year deal with Arsenal, with the player prioritising the Gunners over the alternatives.
Sami Mokbel of the BBC writes that Arsenal have an agreement in principle with Chelsea, with the expectation that the deal will be completed and only the fine details needing to be finalised.

Arsenal are moving for Madueke to add depth to their wide options ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, though they’ll have to wait a while to add the winger to their pre-season squad.
With Madueke still away at the Club World Cup until Sunday, it will be August before the 23-year-old can link up with his new teammates in training.
Arsenal are still pursuing other attacking additions, with reports that their interest in Eberechi Eze is independent of their pursuit of Madueke, and ongoing talks with Sporting CP for Viktor Gyokeres.
