Arsenal target Benjamin Sesko wants to leave RB Leipzig, and reports suggest a fee of €70m plus bonuses may be a realistic price for him this summer.

Bild report that Benjamin Sesko wants to leave RB Leipzig this summer, and the club are also open to a sale.
Ideally, they’d prefer to do business sooner rather than later, to give them the opportunity to reinvest. But as it stands, Leipzig are yet to receive a concrete offer.
Leipzig are reportedly hoping of a transfer fee between €80m (£68.2m) and €100m (£85.3m), but Bild report that a more realistic price is €70m (£59.7m) plus bonuses.

Sesko made a few headlines after following Arsenal on Instagram earlier this week. Though Bild point out that he’d also previously followed Manchester City, the striker actually unfollowed the Manchester club after the article was written.
BBC journalist Sami Mokbel reported this week that if everything goes to plan, Arsenal would sign Sesko this summer.
But Mokbel added that Sesko is currently no more likely to join than Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres, because there’s still so much uncertainty over the transfer fee and wages and so on.

Sesko scored 21 goals and assisted six for Leipzig in 2024/25, but he ended the season with a minor injury, forcing him to miss Slovenia’s friendlies earlier this month.
Turning 22 less than a month ago, Sesko’s age makes him a long-term investment for Arsenal, but the Gunners are evidently yet to progress their interest into a formal offer.
