Fulham are interested in re-signing Reiss Nelson following the expiry of his loan deal from Arsenal this month, according to a report.

James McNicholas reports for The Athletic that Reiss Nelson is attracting interest for a summer move, including from current loan club Fulham.
Fulham have had Nelson on a temporary basis for the 2024/25 campaign, but he’s set to return to Arsenal at the end of June. Yet Marco Silva’s team are reportedly interested in bringing him back, if an appropriate deal can be reached.
Quite what that means isn’t clear. Fulham might consider a permanent move, but they might also just want another loan.

McNicholas previously reported that Arsenal would prefer a permanent departure for Nelson if possible, and they’re permitting him to explore potential opportunities.
In addition to getting both player and club a clean break, as a former academy player Nelson’s sale would be ‘pure profit’ in Financial Fair Play terms, boosting Arsenal’s transfer budget.
But in some ways it’s surprising that Fulham are in the mix again, given Nelson didn’t get to feature nearly as often as they would have wanted in 2024/25.

The winger didn’t play for Fulham at all after the turn of the year, having suffered back-to-back hamstring injuries that ruled him out for the season.
Before his injury setbacks, Nelson made 12 appearances, scoring twice and assisting one goal. He’d earned himself a run in Silva’s team immediately prior to his injury.
The player then returned to London Colney for a while to work on his fitness, but he’s now on his holidays and on the lookout for his next move.
