Halfway through the final break of the 2024/25 campaign, let’s have a look at how Arsenal’s internationals are getting on this week so far.

13 Arsenal players were initially called up for international duty this month, delaying the start of their summer breaks.
David Raya and Mikel Merino (Spain), Gabriel Martinelli (Brazil), Kieran Tierney (Scotland), Declan Rice, Bukayo Saka, and Myles Lewis-Skelly (England), Jakub Kiwior (Poland), Oleksandr Zinchenko (Ukraine), Martin Odegaard (Norway), and Leandro Trossard (Belgium) were all called up from Mikel Arteta’s squad.
Gunners loanees Karl Hein (Estonia) and Nuno Tavares (Portugal) also made their countries’ squad lists, though Tavares was later dropped, and then officially sold to Lazio. So he’s no longer on international duty and no longer an Arsenal player.

Ben White missed out for England due to the imminent birth of his first child and concerns that he’s still not 100% fit, whilst Thomas Partey was excluded to give him a break.
Gabriel Jesus, Gabriel Magalhaes, William Saliba, Jurrien Timber, Takehiro Tomiyasu, and Riccardo Calafiori all remain injured, and Kai Havertz was presumably left out due to only recently returning from injury. Ethan Nwaneri is with the England u21s.
