Johan Bakayoko has been offered to Fenerbahce, but the PSV winger continues to have Premier League suitors following previous links to Arsenal.

Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reports on his YouTube channel that PSV winger Johan Bakayoko has been offered to Fenerbahce, who are yet to submit an official offer at this stage.
Bakayoko has previously been linked with Arsenal, and Sabuncuoglu confirms that the player still has suitors in the Premier League, though he hasn’t specifically named the Gunners.
Arsenal appear to be in the market for a winger this summer, so Bakayoko’s availability could prompt them to look into a move.

Last summer, reliable reports from the Netherlands suggested Arsenal had made an enquiry for Bakayoko, but they never progressed that interest to a formal offer.
At the time, reports suggested PSV would want €45m (£38m) to sanction Bakayoko’s sale.
The 22-year-old remained where he was, scoring 12 goals in 47 appearances in 2024/25. But his contract continues to run down, now with just a year remaining on it. Perhaps he’d be available for even less this time around.

Arsenal’s first-choice winger signing appears to be Real Madrid’s Rodrygo, but any potential deal for the Brazilian is on hold until he has a meeting with Xabi Alonso to determine his future in Spain.
Should Rodrygo and Alonso agree to continue together, the Gunners would presumably then need to turn to other options. Bakayoko could be one of them, but not if he wraps up a deal with Fenerbahce in the coming weeks.
